Membership

Densy is paid for in one of two ways, and both give you exactly the same access.

SubscriptionRecurring, and starts with a free trial
LifetimePaid once, never renews, and limited in number

The number of lifetime memberships available is capped, and the count you are shown is for the offer matched to your intake answers rather than a global figure.

The states you will see

Your plan appears on your profile and on the Billing tab:

What it saysWhat it means
Membership renews dateAn active subscription. Nothing to do
Free trial, until dateYour trial is running. Payment has not been taken yet
Lifetime memberPaid once. There is no renewal date because there is no renewal
Guest of DensyComplimentary access, arranged by the Densy team
No membership right nowNothing active — see below

Managing or cancelling

Manage billing opens the payment provider’s own secure portal, where you change your card, update your details, or cancel. Densy never sees or stores your card details, which is why this is not a Densy screen.

Cancelling stops future payments. It does not delete your account, your scans or your history — and it does not take effect retroactively, so you keep access for what you have already paid for.

When a membership lapses

A membership stops being active for one of three reasons: a trial ended without a payment succeeding, a payment failed, or you cancelled and the paid period ran out.

What happens then is worth knowing in advance, because it surprises people:

You will not be able to reach the Billing tab. Densy sends you to the membership screen instead — the same one you saw when you joined. Restarting from there is how you come back, not from Settings.

Nothing is deleted while you are away. Your scans, your history and your record of sessions are all still there when a membership becomes active again.

Common questions

I paid but it still says pending. Confirmation comes from the payment provider rather than from your browser, so it can arrive a moment after you land back. Reload. If it persists, contact support with your order number — the payment and your account are linked on our side even when the page is behind.

My trial ended and I lost access. That is expected if no payment succeeded. Adding a working payment method restores it.

Can I buy a lifetime membership later? While any remain, yes. They are limited in number and are not restocked.

Can I switch from a subscription to lifetime? There is no in-app upgrade path. Contact support rather than cancelling first — cancelling on its own does not reserve you anything.

Does buying something in the store affect my membership? No. The store and your membership are separate. Nothing in the store is required, and buying nothing does not limit your access.
