Adding to your routine
Your routine starts with the steps your week sets for you. Below them, two short lists can wait for a yes:
| List | What it holds | The button |
|---|---|---|
| Recommended - when you have it | Steps that use something, like the rosemary and castor oil | Have it? |
| Optional - your own routine | Something you may already do on your own, like Minoxidil | I use it |
Each list only appears when there is something in it, so nothing on the page looks missing.
Adding one
Say yes and it moves up into your sequence, marked “yours”, on every day it fits. You do not have to add it again tomorrow.
- Have it? asks whether you have what the step uses. Yes, I have it adds the step. Not yet is a real answer rather than a dismissal - the question stays there for when you do have it, and the step waits at the bottom.
- I use it asks whether you already use it. Yes, I use it adds it; No leaves it at the bottom, out of your way.
Taking one out
Open the step in your sequence and tap Remove from my routine. It goes back to the bottom, where you can add it again. The steps your week sets for you have no Remove - they are the day itself.
Minoxidil waits after the dermaroller
If you add Minoxidil, it is never done within 12 to 24 hours of the dermaroller. On the dermaroller day, and until enough time has passed after your own dermaroller session, Minoxidil shows a clock and not today instead of a number, and it is left out of the session. The dermaroller’s own step reminds you too.
You never have to buy anything
Where a step uses something the store sells, its opened row links to it.
Nothing is unlocked by a purchase, and nothing is gated behind one. You can add a step whether or not you own the product, your own counts, and buying does not add anything for you.
The store lists what your routine uses and you do not have yet, and the list empties itself as you go.
Common questions
Should I add everything? No. The massage is most of the benefit; add extras when you are ready for them.
Does adding more improve my results faster? Nothing in Densy scores you on how long your routine is. Your readings come from your scalp.
Can I change my mind? Yes, either way, as often as you like.
