Finding your way around
Densy has seven destinations. This page is the map: what each one is for, and where the guide for it is.
Everything else in this handbook is organised by what you are trying to do, so if you already know what you want, the sidebar is the faster route.
Tracking
| Tab | What it is for | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Where today starts — your routine, when your next scan is due, and how your readings are moving | Covered by the guides below |
| Progress | Your latest scan, set against your first or your previous one, and your hair-loss stage | Tracking change over time |
| Scans | Every scan you have taken, week by week | Your scan history |
Home has no guide of its own, on purpose. Every card on it belongs to something else — your routine, your next scan, your readings, a note from the coach — so it is explained by the guide for the thing each card is about rather than a second time here.

On a phone
The bottom bar carries four — Home, Progress, Scans, Protocol — and More holds Hair Coach, Twins and Store.
The order is deliberately the same as the sidebar on a laptop, so moving between devices does not mean relearning where things are.
Two things that are not tabs
- Notifications — the bell, rather than a tab. Notifications covers the inbox and what reaches you.
- What’s new — the running record of what has changed in Densy.
Still lost?
If you are new, Getting started walks the whole arc from signing up to your first routine.
