Settings

Three things live on the General tab.

Language

Sets the language of the app. The change applies immediately, and it can also be made straight from the account menu, which is the faster route if it is all you came for.

Scheduled reminders may not follow it. Messages triggered by something you have just done arrive in the language you are using. But reminders sent on a schedule — your daily routine, a scan nudge, a trial reminder — can keep arriving in the language you first used Densy in. If that happens, contact support; there is no setting that fixes it.

Content written by the Densy team — protocol names, product descriptions, the reference material the coach cites — is translated separately from the interface. If you find something still in English inside an otherwise translated page, that is what you are looking at, and it is worth reporting.

Time zone

Shown, and detected automatically rather than chosen.

It matters more than it looks: it is what decides when a reminder reaches you. A daily routine reminder is timed against your day, not against a server somewhere.

If the time zone shown is wrong — you have moved, or you are behind a VPN that reports somewhere else — your reminders will arrive at the wrong hour and there is no control here to correct it. Contact support.

Appearance

Light or dark. The choice is remembered on the device you set it on, and applies immediately.

It can also be changed from the account menu.

What is not here

Your name and email are managed with your sign-in, not on this tab. Your intake answers are not editable anywhere — see Your intake answers.
