Guided sessions
A session walks you through today’s routine one step at a time, rather than showing you a list to remember. It keeps your place, so you can put your phone down.
Running one
Open today’s session
From Home, or from your profile. If today’s is already done, it says so.
Work through the steps
You see the step you are on, what is next, and how much time is left. Many steps have a guide video in your language — you can watch it, and replay it.
Pause whenever you need to
Pausing holds your place. Coming back resumes where you stopped rather than restarting.
Finish
The session is recorded as complete, with a recap of what you did.
Background music
You can pick a background track before you start, and change it mid-session — you do not have to come out and start again to change the music.
If you do not finish
Two different things can happen, and neither is a problem:
| What happened | What is recorded |
|---|---|
| You worked through part of it and stopped | A partial session, with how many steps you did |
| You never started | No session logged for that day |
Your record shows what actually happened, including the days that did not go well. It is not there to be a score — a record that quietly rounded up would be useless for working out what is and is not sticking.
The streak
Your streak counts days you did your routine. Two things about it are worth knowing because they are not guessable:
- Extra sessions are logged but do not change your streak. Doing your routine twice in one day is recorded and does not count double.
- A logged session holds the streak. You are not penalised for a session that was interrupted and recorded honestly.
When a session will not save
If you finish and Densy cannot record it, you get Session not saved — you finished the routine, but we could not record it.
That wording is deliberate. The work happened; the problem is reaching us. Try again when you have a connection, rather than doing the routine a second time.
Scanning straight afterwards
Right after a session is the best window for a scan — blood flow is at its peak and the differences between areas read most cleanly. It takes about two minutes.
Worth knowing, not required. See Taking your weekly scan.
