Your protocol
Your protocol is the routine Densy sets for you — what to do, in what order, today. You do not pick it, and you do not need to.
Why it is chosen for you
The routine is matched to you: your intake answers and your most recent scan. That match is redone every day, so your protocol reflects where your hair actually is rather than where it was when you signed up.
This means your routine can change from one day to the next, and that is normal. If it changes after a scan, the scan is why.
There is no finish line
Densy does not run for a set number of weeks. There is no day count to complete and nothing to finish.
That is deliberate rather than vague. Hair responds to what you keep doing, not to a course you get to the end of — so the routine keeps adjusting instead of expiring.
Doing it
Your routine is run as a guided session — one step at a time, with your place kept, background music you can change mid-way, and a guide video in your language on many steps.
Guided sessions covers running one, pausing, what a part-finished session records, and how the streak works.
Adding to it
You can switch on optional extras — a topical, a device, a supplement — around your core routine. Your core never changes and nothing is unlocked by a purchase.
Add-ons has the detail.
Common questions
My protocol changed and I did not do anything. A new scan almost certainly landed. The daily match uses your latest scan.
I missed several days. Should I catch up? No. There is nothing to catch up to — the routine is per day, not a queue. Start again with today.
Can I do my routine twice in a day? You can, and the extra session is logged. It does not count twice toward your streak, and there is no benefit to it — the routine is set at the frequency it is meant to be done.
