Hair Coach

The Hair Coach answers questions about your hair, using your own readings rather than general advice. It is included with your membership.

Ask it in plain language — press Enter to send, Shift + Enter for a new line.

What it can see

  • Your scans, and the readings from them
  • Your intake answers
  • Today’s routine, and how consistently you have been doing it
  • Densy’s own reference material on protocols and follicle states
  • The actual photographs from a scan, when you ask about something visible

It reads those rather than guessing. If you have no scans yet it will say so instead of inventing numbers, and point you at your first scan.

Looking at your photographs is for describing what you are looking at — a patch, a parting, the shine in one area. It is not a second measurement, and it will not change your reading.

Asking about one specific scan

You can open the coach from a scan rather than starting cold. When you do, the conversation is pinned to that scan and stays there — ask about “this” and you get an answer about the scan named at the top of the thread, not about your most recent one.

That matters when you are reading an older scan. A question about your January baseline gets answered about January.

What it will not answer

The coach stays in its lane: follicle states, zones, scans, density trends, protocols, adherence, and your Twins matches. Ask it something outside that — or ask it to diagnose you — and it will gently redirect you rather than answer.

The coach is not a substitute for clinical advice. Its answers are AI-generated. For anything that needs a diagnosis, see a doctor or a dermatologist.

Sessions

Each conversation is a session, and you can keep several. Start a new one when the subject changes — the coach reads the thread it is in, so a fresh session is cleaner than a hard turn in an old one.

Deleting a session removes the conversation for good. It does not affect your scans or your protocol.

When an answer does not arrive

Three different things can go wrong, and the thread tells you which:

What you seeWhat happened
Not sentThe coach could not be reached. Nothing was taken from your allowance
UnfinishedThe connection dropped part-way. What had arrived was kept rather than thrown away
DeclinedYou asked something outside what the coach covers

An unfinished answer is safe to ask again. So is one that was not sent.
